Converge, a division of Pathfinder Group, has opened their office in Downtown Kankakee!

Converge - previously Coach, Mentor, Guide - provides executive coaching, training, and people development for individuals and organizations! Along with the change in business and the merge with Pathfinder, Converge will soon be offering even more training options, online courses, and new programs to expand their impact. They will also be launching a Podcast series soon. Leadership Level Up will be a free series featuring a wide variety of leaders discussing their leadership journey and insights for growing as a leader.
